Arnaud Galand Music
Arnaud Galand is an award-nominated and award-winning Composer and Audio Director whose work spans video games, television, and film. He began his career as a live musician touring throughout Europe, immersing himself in a broad spectrum of musical styles. These diverse experiences enriched his musical language and set the stage for his transition into composing for visual media. His portfolio soon grew to include original scores for documentaries, art films, and experimental projects.

A lifelong enthusiast of video games, he joined Gameloft as a composer and sound designer, creating immersive soundscapes for mobile platforms and high-profile licenses, including Prince of Persia Classic, The Adventures of Tintin, Assassin's Creed: Altaïr's Chronicles, James Cameron's Avatar, and Brothers in Arms 2: Global Front. During his time at Gameloft, he was appointed World Audio Director, tasked with leading a global team and crafting the audio experience for more than 120 games over an 11-year span.
In 2017, Galand embraced a new creative challenge at Magic Leap, collaborating with top industry talent. His innovative work during this period earned him a Hollywood nomination for "Best Original Score" in 2019 and G.A.N.G. Awards nominations for "Music of the Year" and "Best VR Audio" in 2020, for the project "Undersea" on Magic Leap's ML1 device.

Galand’s approach is defined by adaptability. While deeply grounded in traditional scoring, he writes fluidly across genres to align with the unique narrative of each project. His signature lies in a passion for sonic discovery, blending hand-picked sounds to shape a bespoke auditory identity and craft a personalized voice for the worlds he helps create.
